雲霧山城的燈塔食堂：在風景中用餐的學校日常。
本案位於台北瑞芳區，鄰近東北角之山坡地，屬東北季風影響的範圍，因此終年有雨，長期處於潮濕的狀態。校區主要建築物為南北向，天氣晴朗時採光良好，學生餐廳區位於校園東北角，由於地處海拔高度500公尺山坡上，可以眺望遠處海景，視野遼闊。
學校在九份採黃金礦藏的極盛時期曾為千餘人的學校，校內需設廚房以提供師生每日午餐，但隨著採礦業的沒落山區人口外移，時至今日師生人僅為60餘人，昔日的廚房雖已演變成食堂，但設施老舊屋頂時有漏水之疑慮。因此本次改造的空間為學校每日之午餐用膳餐廳，希望可以為老學校創造一個可以安心用餐並像燈塔般存在的迎賓場所，凝聚校園的力量。
現勘當日是一個晴朗的天氣，可以遠眺基隆山與陰陽海，跟校方討論過後，我們決定將建築立面打開，自然景緻帶入用餐情境當中。以框景的方式將各面向的風景框進來，東面、西面與北面各有不同景致。夏天的藍色天際線與綠蔭葱葱的山坡，在冬天時瞬間被白茫茫的雲霧包圍。觀景是食堂的配菜之一。
This project is located in Ruifang District, Taipei, on a hillside near Taiwan’s northeastern coast. The area is influenced by the northeast monsoon, resulting in frequent rainfall and a persistently humid climate throughout the year. The main campus buildings are oriented north-south, allowing ample natural light on clear days. The student cafeteria is situated in the northeastern corner of the campus, on a hillside at an elevation of 500 meters, offering a sweeping view of the distant ocean.
During the peak of gold mining in Jiufen, the school once served over a thousand students, and a kitchen was essential to provide daily lunch for teachers and students. However, as mining declined and the population gradually moved away from the mountains, the number of faculty and students has dropped to just over 60. The once-bustling kitchen has since evolved into a dining hall, but the aging facility now suffers from issues such as roof leaks.
The goal of this renovation is to transform the school's daily lunchroom into a space where meals can be enjoyed safely and warmly—a welcoming beacon for the community and a symbol of unity for the campus.
On the day of our site visit, the weather was clear, and we could see Mount Keelung and the Yin-Yang Sea in the distance. After discussions with the school, we decided to open up the building’s façade, inviting the natural scenery into the dining experience. Through framed views, we brought in different landscapes from the east, west, and north sides. In summer, blue skies and lush green hills dominate; in winter, the same view is suddenly shrouded in mist. In this dining hall, the scenery becomes part of the daily menu.

剖透視圖與平面配置
重新安排學生用餐動線，利用原有狹長型走廊讓學生先排隊後依序進入用餐台取餐，用餐完畢後的同學可以從大門離開。一進一出的雙門規劃，讓用餐時間不會塞車。

透過格局調整與材質更新，改善採光不足與老舊構造，賦予空間全新表情與流動性，讓家的每一處都回應現代家庭的生活節奏。
山中燈塔：記憶與風景交織的食堂再生
本案為山區老學校食堂改造，保留舊有廚灶遺跡與煙囪作為歷史記憶，並以簡潔現代的建築語彙重塑外觀。大面窗引入自然光與遠山海景，結合室內綠磚灶台與木質桌椅，營造溫暖用餐氛圍。建築如山中一座燈塔，靜靜守護學校的每日午餐時光。
學生取餐區/回收台區
本區為學生餐廳的入口動線，設置點餐台與回收台，串起用餐的開始與結束。設計上以白牆與木質為主調，搭配圓拱門與金色吊燈，營造柔和、友善的空間氛圍。保留局部原始牆面質感，訴說老屋歷史，也讓新舊交融的細節陪伴每位學生的每日食光。

窗景即風景：把山海請進每日餐桌
設計以大片開窗引入東北角山海景緻，讓自然成為空間的一部分。用餐時，窗外枝影搖曳、遠山雲霧如畫，景色如同每日更換的配菜。窗邊設座，搭配木質桌椅與綠色磁磚灶台，讓用餐成為一種沉靜、內斂的風景體驗。

霧氣中的一餐：與山嵐共食的靜謐時
山上天氣多變，陰雨天氣讓窗面佈滿水霧，模糊了室內與戶外的界線，也使光線變得柔和內斂。霧中的樹影成為如畫的背景，搭配簡單木桌與一株綠意，讓學生的每一餐都多了一層與自然對話的詩意。這不只是用餐，更是安靜陪伴的日常風景。

光線的邀請：打開立面，讓風景與人對
本次改造針對原有立面進行開窗比例調整，增加採光與景觀視野，使室內空間與自然產生更深連結。原本封閉的外牆透過窗框轉化為框景裝置，讓用餐者得以從各角度感受山林海景的變化，也讓這座老建築重新呼吸、發光。
