奶茶色的日常
溫柔與自由同在的熱帶氣息
這是一棟位於大里的住宅，鄰近火車站，建築物面北邊的公園與小溪。雖然面北邊但因為室內有大片的落地門窗，採光相當充足，大門一打開，映入眼簾的就是台中晴朗的天空與綠地。
女主人是一位居家工作者，工作空間與生活空間密不可分，因此我們將室內的客廳、餐廳與書房全部結合在一起，呈現一個開放通透的格局。客廳75吋電視白天可以是視訊會議室，晚上可以是家人的休閒娛樂空間；中島櫃廚房可以是直播的場景，週末男主展現廚藝與煮咖啡的地方。
人字拼木地板與奶茶色系的搭配，我們想要營造出一種自然舒適回歸自然的狀態。利用藤編門片與陽台植栽-芭蕉葉增添屬於這個總是晴朗好天氣的熱帶氛圍。
在此我們安居並樂業，女性可以同時展現她的獨立自主，也保有她的溫柔可愛。
This is a residential building located in Dali, close to the train station and facing a park and stream to the north. Although it faces north, the interior has large floor-to-ceiling windows, providing ample natural light. Upon opening the door, the clear sky and greenery of Taichung immediately come into view.
The homeowner is a stay-at-home worker, and her workspace and living space are intertwined. Therefore, we combined the living room, dining room, and study into an open and transparent layout. During the day, the 75-inch TV in the living room can be used for video conferencing, and at night, it becomes a leisure and entertainment space for the family. The island kitchen can also be used as a live streaming scene, and on weekends, it becomes a place for the male homeowner to showcase his cooking skills and make coffee.
The combination of herringbone wooden flooring and milk tea color scheme creates a natural and comfortable atmosphere, allowing residents to feel close to nature. The use of woven rattan door panels and balcony plants, such as banana leaves, add a tropical atmosphere to this always sunny and pleasant environment.
Here, we live in peace and prosperity, and the female homeowner can showcase her independence while maintaining her gentle and lovely personality.
設計語彙(平面+模擬圖)
透過3D模擬圖與平面配置同步展現空間規劃構想，讓開放客廳、書牆與陽台景觀融合為一，清晰傳遞生活動線與設計美感的整體構想。

藉由家具配置、燈光層次與木質語彙的導入，為原本空無的空間注入生活氛圍，實現視覺與機能兼具的家居轉化。

以溫潤木紋、人字拼木地板為基調，搭配白銀狐石紋、藤編、長虹玻璃與綠植點綴，營造明亮、柔和且具自然調性的生活風格。

以石紋電視牆為視覺焦點，搭配藤編與木質收納，營造自然溫潤的客廳氛圍。

開放式書牆延伸出家的知性感，搭配柔和燈光與沙發配置，連結陽台綠意與自然光，使客廳成為融合閱讀、放鬆與交流的生活核心。
客廳整合沙發、長桌與展示書牆，形成生活重心。溫潤木質調貫穿全場，搭配磁鐵牆記錄旅行片段，讓空間更具故事性與個人溫度。

木質長桌串連書牆與客廳，成為用餐、閱讀與工作的多功能核心。搭配溫潤人字拼木地板，營造沉穩而不失親切的生活節奏。

咖啡吧檯區
以深色中島搭配木質高腳椅，構築日常轉換的節奏場域。黑色吊燈造型簡練，光影柔和，成為早餐、沖煮與小酌時刻的專屬角落。

廚房/儲物間
以木紋與白色櫃體打造清爽廚房空間，結合電器收納與側向儲物櫃配置，提升日常操作便利性，營造整齊俐落的料理動線。

以米色與木質調鋪陳臥室基調，搭配柔光窗簾與線條簡潔的收納櫃，營造舒適放鬆的休憩氛圍，細節中展現優雅與安定感。

客房以中性色牆面搭配編織紋理與層層抱枕，營造溫暖親切的迎賓氛圍，兼具休憩與閱讀功能，是留宿賓客的理想角落。

兒童房 兒童房以簡潔明亮為設計主軸，規劃書桌與床鋪一體配置，搭配柔和色調與收納機能，打造適合學習、休息與想像的安心空間。

浴室以淺米石紋磁磚營造溫潤質感，搭配長虹玻璃乾濕分離設計，提升視覺穿透與使用機能，鏡櫃與吊架則強化收納實用性。
